ORDERING INFORMATION
How to order from PIN MARKETPLACE
The easiest way is to send us an email message at order@pinmarketplace.com
listing the items and
quantities you would like to order. We will check our inventory and send an
email reply, confirming your order and giving you the total amount owed. At
that point, the pins, bags or frames you requested will be reserved for the next 10 days.
You may also opt to print out our ORDER FORM and send it along with
proper payment for your items. If you are ordering pins or plush mascots, it is to your benefit to check with us first
to make sure we have the items you are interested in obtaining. We almost always have all pin bags and pin
frames in stock.
You may also choose to call us at 1-757-297-0135 to place
an order and inquire about items.
U.S. Shipping Costs:
PINS:
$2.00 for orders of $0-25
$3.00 for orders of $25-$50
$4.00 for orders of $50-$75
$5.00 for orders of $75-
$100
for each additional $50 of order add $1.00
PIN BAGS:
Large Bag (BAG4) - $5.00 for 1, $9.00 for 2
Medium Bag (BAG5) - $3.00 for 1, $5.00 for 2
Small Bag (BAG3) - $3.00 for 1, $5.00 for 2
For larger quantities, check with us. Shipping cost depends upon quantity and distance.
PIN FRAMES:
Wood Frame (FRM1) - $15.00 to $20.00 for 1st frame depending upon location, cost for each additional frame is lower, always check with us
Collector Frame (FRM2) - $9.00 for 1st frame, $5 for each additional frame
PLUSH MASCOTS & OTHER ITEMS: Please check with us.
For Shipping charges for All orders outside U.S.A. please check with us.
We use the least expensive shipping method that will get to you in a reasonable amount
of time and charge you the actual US Postal Service or Federal Express charge.
We can send domestic packages Overnight, via the US Postal Service or Federal
Express and will charge the actual cost. We also offer Global Priority for
our international customers which usually takes only 3-4 days for $5.00-$9.00
and we can also send international packages via Federal Express. Please check with
us for the actual charge for any of these faster delivery options.
How to Pay for Your Order
CREDIT CARD:
If you would like to pay by credit card, please send us the following information:

Address of Cardholder
Shipping Address if different
If you are concerned about sending your credit card number over the Internet, you
can split it up and send each half in a seperate email message. You can also
call us at 1-757-297-0135. Pin orders paid for by credit card are usually
shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your credit card information.
PAYPAL:
You can also pay by PAYPAL, using our email address order@pinmarketplace.com.
CHECK or MONEY ORDER:
If paying by check or money order, make it payable to LARRY EHMER and send to:

As soon as we receive a check, money order or travelers check in US Funds, your items will be sent via First Class or Priority mail.
Electronic Bank Transfers are also a possible means to pay for your purchases.
