ORDERING INFORMATION

How to order from PIN MARKETPLACE

The easiest way to order is by using our online secure shopping cart. At the moment, it is established for our pin bags and pin frames. We will be adding a shopping cart option for all of our other products soon.

For all products, even including those with a shopping cart option, an easy ordering method is to send us an email message at order@pinmarketplace.com listing the items and quantities you would like to order. We will check our inventory and send an email reply, confirming your order and giving you the total amount owed. At that point, the pins, bags or frames you requested will be reserved for the next 10 days. You can choose any of the payment options listed below.

You may also opt to print out our ORDER FORM and send it along with proper payment for your items. If you are ordering pins or plush mascots, it is to your benefit to check with us first to make sure we have the items you are interested in obtaining. We almost always have all pin bags and pin frames in stock.

You may also choose to call us at 1-757-297-0135 to place an order and inquire about items.

U.S. Shipping Costs:

PINS:
$2.00 for orders of $0-25
$3.00 for orders of $25-$50
$4.00 for orders of $50-$75
$5.00 for orders of $75-$100

for each additional $50 of order add $1.00

PIN BAGS:
Large Bag (BAG4) - $5.00 per bag in North America, $10.00 per bag outside North America
Medium Bag (BAG5) - $3.00 per bag in North America, $5.00 per bag outside North America
Small Bag (BAG3) - $3.00 per bag in North America, $5.00 per bag outside North America
for orders of 10 or more bags, contact us for discounted shipping price

PIN FRAMES:
Wood Frame (FRM1) - $15.00 per frame
Collector Frame (FRM2) - $9.00 for 1st frame, $7 each for 2 to 9 frames, check with us for 10 or more frames.

U.S. Overnight Shipping Costs:

We can send domestic packages Overnight, via the US Postal Service or Federal
Express and will charge you the actual cost. Please check with us for pricing.

International Shipping Costs:

Other than the pricing listed above for pin bags, always check with us on
costs for International Shipping. We will often use U.S. Postal Service
First Class International Mail. At times, U.S. Postal International Priority Mail
is a better option, but we will always let our customers choose whatever
service and price option works best for them. We can also send international
packages via Federal Express.

How to Pay for Your Order:

SHOPPING CART:
We are starting to roll out a Shopping Cart system on our pages. It is hosted by PayPal,
but you can also pay with any major credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. At the moment,
our pin bags and pin frames can be directly ordered through the shopping cart. Additionally,
if you send us an email with the items you would like to order, we can send you an
electronic invoice that will enable you to make a secure online purchase by PayPal or
any major credit card.

CREDIT CARD:
If you would like to pay by credit card, please send us the following information:

Card Type (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express)
Card Number
Name on Card
Expiration Date
Address of Cardholder
Shipping Address if different

If you are concerned about sending your credit card number over the Internet, you
can split it up and send each half in a seperate email message. You can also
call us at 1-757-297-0135. Pin orders paid for by credit card are usually
shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your credit card information.

PAYPAL:
You can pay by PAYPAL, using our email address order@pinmarketplace.com.

WHEN YOU MAIL YOUR PAYMENT, PLEASE USE THIS ORDER FORM. IF IT DOES NOT PRINT CORRECTLY,
CUT AND PASTE IT INTO A WORD PROCESSOR AND THEN PRINT IT OUT. (It was written for Courier 10 font).

As soon as we receive a check, money order or travelers check in US Funds,
your items will be sent via First Class or Priority mail.
Electronic Bank Transfers are also a possible means to pay for your purchases.
